How to do it
- Sit on the sled machine, positioning your feet hip-width apart on the platform.
- Ensure your back is flat against the seat and grip the handles for support.
- Push the platform upward by extending your legs, but do not lock your knees.
- Slowly lower the platform back down by bending your knees to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
