The Lever Alternate Leg Press is a lower body exercise primarily targeting the quadriceps. This movement is performed on a machine that allows for unilateral leg presses, offering benefits in strength, muscle hypertrophy, and balance between both legs.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine with your back supported and feet placed on the platform.
  2. Grip the handles and ensure your legs are aligned correctly with your hips.
  3. Press one leg forward, extending your knee without locking it, while the other stays bent.
  4. Return to the starting position and alternate legs on the next repetition.
  5. Maintain controlled motion throughout the exercise.
