High Knee Skips are a dynamic cardiovascular exercise that activates the lower body muscles while improving coordination and agility. This exercise involves skipping in place while lifting the knees high, enhancing aerobic fitness and muscle endurance.
How to do it
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Lift your right knee as high as possible while simultaneously hopping on your left foot.
- Quickly switch, lifting your left knee and hopping on your right foot.
- Continue alternating knees at a brisk pace, swinging your arms naturally.
- Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.
