How to do it

  1. Position a barbell at shoulder height in a squat rack.
  2. Grip the barbell with a clean grip, resting it on your shoulders.
  3. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out.
  4. Lower into a squat, keeping elbows high and chest upright.
  5. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
