How to do it
- Place a bench behind you and stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a barbell across your upper back with an overhand grip.
- Position one foot back onto the bench so the top of your foot rests on it.
- Lower your body by bending your front knee until your thigh is parallel to the floor.
- Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
