The Knee Thrust is a dynamic exercise that combines balance and explosive power. It mainly targets the core and lower body, developing coordination and strength. This high-intensity move is beneficial for enhancing functional fitness and agility.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Lift one knee toward your chest while simultaneously swinging opposite arms upward.
  3. Extend the leg back and lower back to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for desired reps and switch sides.
