The Lying Tuck-Up is a core exercise that targets the abdominals. It involves curling your knees towards your chest while lifting your upper body off the ground, engaging both the upper and lower ab muscles. This exercise improves core strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms by your sides.
  2. Simultaneously lift your upper body and draw your knees towards your chest, forming a 'V' shape.
  3. Hold briefly at the top, squeezing your abs.
  4. Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
