How to do it
- Sit on the machine with feet placed securely under the pads.
- Grasp the handles and position your elbows close to your sides.
- Engage your core and exhale as you crunch forward, bringing your chest towards your thighs.
- Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement while keeping tension in the abdominals.
- Inhale as you slowly return to the starting position, maintaining a controlled movement.
