The Lever Seated Crunch targets the core muscles, particularly focusing on the abdominals. It is performed on a machine where the user sits and performs crunches by bringing the torso forward against resistance, promoting core strength and endurance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the machine with feet placed securely under the pads.
  2. Grasp the handles and position your elbows close to your sides.
  3. Engage your core and exhale as you crunch forward, bringing your chest towards your thighs.
  4. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement while keeping tension in the abdominals.
  5. Inhale as you slowly return to the starting position, maintaining a controlled movement.
