How to do it
- Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat, holding ankles with hands.
- Engage the core and start to roll back onto the shoulders gently.
- Rock back to the starting position smoothly and repeat.
- Maintain a curled spine and focus on engaging abdominals during the movement.
- Breathe naturally and perform the roll in a controlled manner.
