How to do it
- Secure your feet in the Glute-Ham Developer machine and position your thighs on the pad.
- Cross your arms over your chest and contract your core.
- Slowly lower your upper body back, keeping your spine neutral.
- Twist your torso to one side as you return to the start position.
- Alternate sides with each repetition, maintaining control and balance.
