The Lying Frog Crunch is an abdominal exercise that targets the rectus abdominis while engaging the obliques. This movement is effective for core strengthening and stabilization, as it involves controlled leg and hip motion, enhancing lower abdominal endurance.
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with arms by your sides.
- Bend your knees and bring your feet together, forming a diamond shape with your legs.
- Engage your core and lift your legs toward your chest, keeping the diamond shape.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position without touching the ground.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
