Standing Jumping Jack Air Bike

This exercise combines jumping jacks and an air bike motion to engage both the upper and lower body simultaneously. It boosts cardiovascular fitness and coordination, targeting multiple muscle groups for an effective total body workout.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms at sides.
  2. Jump, raising arms overhead and spreading legs wide.
  3. Land softly, then bring one knee up while bringing elbows down towards it.
  4. Return to start and repeat on the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of reps.
