How to do it

  1. Position yourself on a Back Extension Bench, securing your feet under the ankle pads.
  2. Cross your arms over your chest and engage your core.
  3. Lower your torso back slowly until it's about parallel to the floor.
  4. Contract your abs and flex the hips to raise your torso back up.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
