How to do it
- Position yourself on a Back Extension Bench, securing your feet under the ankle pads.
- Cross your arms over your chest and engage your core.
- Lower your torso back slowly until it's about parallel to the floor.
- Contract your abs and flex the hips to raise your torso back up.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
