How to do it
- Lie on your back with your arms at your sides and legs extended.
- Lift your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor.
- Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground vertically.
- Slowly lower your hips and legs back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
