The Leg Raise Hip Lift is a core-strengthening exercise that targets the lower and upper abdominal muscles. It involves raising the legs and hips off the ground, engaging the rectus abdominis and hip flexors, providing a comprehensive abdominal workout while also improving balance and stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your arms at your sides and legs extended.
  2. Lift your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor.
  3. Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground vertically.
  4. Slowly lower your hips and legs back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
