How to do it

  2. Swing the opposite arm forward as you hop and switch legs in the air.
  3. Land on the opposite foot, repeating the motion quickly.
  4. Maintain a consistent rhythm and engage the core for balance.
  5. Ensure arms and legs move in opposition to each other for stability.
