How to do it
- Place your forearms on the balance ball. Ensure your elbows are directly under your shoulders.
- Extend your legs straight behind you, balancing on your toes.
- Engage your core by pulling your navel towards your spine and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
- Hold the position, keeping your body stable without letting your hips drop.
- Breathe steadily and maintain alignment throughout the duration of the exercise.
