The Stability Ball Front Plank is an advanced core stability exercise that enhances balance and engages core muscles. By performing a plank on a stability ball, you increase the demand on your abdominals and stabilizing muscles, leading to improved core strength.

How to do it

  1. Place your forearms on the balance ball. Ensure your elbows are directly under your shoulders.
  2. Extend your legs straight behind you, balancing on your toes.
  3. Engage your core by pulling your navel towards your spine and maintain a straight line from head to heels.
  4. Hold the position, keeping your body stable without letting your hips drop.
  5. Breathe steadily and maintain alignment throughout the duration of the exercise.
