How to do it
- Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet lifted off the ground.
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands close to your chest.
- Lean back slightly, keeping a straight back.
- Twist your torso to the right, bringing the kettlebell beside your hip.
- Return to the center, then twist to the left. Repeat.
