The Kettlebell Russian Twist is a core exercise that targets the obliques and helps improve rotational strength and stability. It involves sitting on the floor with your legs elevated, twisting your torso while holding a kettlebell to engage the core effectively.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet lifted off the ground.
  2. Hold a kettlebell with both hands close to your chest.
  3. Lean back slightly, keeping a straight back.
  4. Twist your torso to the right, bringing the kettlebell beside your hip.
  5. Return to the center, then twist to the left. Repeat.
