The Lever Total Abdominal Crunch targets the core muscles by simulating a crunch motion with added resistance. It's designed to effectively engage the rectus abdominis, providing a more intense workout than traditional bodyweight crunches.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine and secure your feet under the footpads.
  2. Place your hands on the designated handles or behind your head.
  3. Engage your core and lean forward, contracting your abs.
  4. Return to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
