How to do it
- Sit on the leverage machine and secure your feet under the footpads.
- Place your hands on the designated handles or behind your head.
- Engage your core and lean forward, contracting your abs.
- Return to the starting position with control.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
