The straight leg wiper exercise is a core movement that challenges stability and engages the obliques and rectus abdominis. It involves maintaining core tension while rotating the legs from side to side, mimicking the motion of a windshield wiper.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with arms extended outwards for support.
- Lift your legs straight up towards the ceiling, keeping them together.
- Engage your core and slowly lower your legs to one side, keeping them straight.
- Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
