How to do it
- Stand with feet wide apart and arms extended overhead.
- Interlace fingers and stretch arms upward, creating a long line from fingertips to feet.
- Lean to one side, bending at the waist while keeping arms extended.
- Hold briefly, engaging the core, and return to starting position.
- Repeat on the other side for balanced stretching.
