Ballerina Side Bends are a dynamic stretching exercise aimed at improving flexibility and strength in the lateral core. They enhance the side body and help in stability and balance, making it a beneficial exercise for overall core conditioning.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wide apart and arms extended overhead.
  2. Interlace fingers and stretch arms upward, creating a long line from fingertips to feet.
  3. Lean to one side, bending at the waist while keeping arms extended.
  4. Hold briefly, engaging the core, and return to starting position.
  5. Repeat on the other side for balanced stretching.
