The Side Plank Plus is a variation of the side plank that enhances core stability and strength by involving the shoulder and arm. It primarily targets the obliques while also working on shoulder stabilization and balance.

How to do it

  1. Start by lying on your side with your body in a straight line.
  2. Place your forearm on the ground directly under your shoulder.
  3. Lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from head to heels.
  4. Extend the top arm straight up towards the ceiling.
  5. Hold the position, keeping your core engaged and body stable.
