The Criss Cross Jump is a dynamic cardio exercise that boosts coordination, agility, and muscle endurance. How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms extended sideways.
  2. Jump, crossing your right leg in front of the left while crossing arms over your chest.
  3. Jump again to return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat the movement by crossing the left leg in front on the next jump.
  5. Continue alternating legs and arms for the desired duration.
