How to do it
- Stand with feet together and arms extended sideways.
- Jump, crossing your right leg in front of the left while crossing arms over your chest.
- Jump again to return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement by crossing the left leg in front on the next jump.
- Continue alternating legs and arms for the desired duration.
