The Silent Burpee is a modified burpee exercise performed without the jump, making it a quieter and more beginner-friendly variation. It provides a full-body workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance, improves flexibility, and builds strength.

How to do it

  1. Begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart and lower into a squat.
  2. Place hands on the ground and step or jump feet back into a plank position.
  3. Perform a push-up, then step or jump feet back to squat position.
  4. Stand up to complete the movement without jumping.
