The Hip Twist Supported Arms exercise targets the core, engaging muscles like the rectus abdominis and obliques. It involves twisting the hips while balancing on the hands and forming a V-shape with the body, improving stability and core strength.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your hands behind you, fingers pointing forward.
  2. Lift your legs and torso to form a V-shape, balancing on your hands.
  3. Twist your hips to one side, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Return to center and twist to the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides with controlled movements.
