How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your hands behind you, fingers pointing forward.
- Lift your legs and torso to form a V-shape, balancing on your hands.
- Twist your hips to one side, keeping your core engaged.
- Return to center and twist to the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides with controlled movements.
