The Lying Toe Touch is an abdominal exercise that targets the core, primarily engaging the rectus abdominis. It involves lifting the torso to touch the toes while lying on the back. This move helps in strengthening the core and improving flexibility in the hip and abdominal region.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with legs extended towards the ceiling.
  2. Reach your arms upward, engaging your core.
  3. Lift your shoulders off the ground, aiming to touch your toes.
  4. Exhale as you reach, maintaining a steady slow pace.
  5. Inhale as you lower your arms and shoulders back to the starting position.
