How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Extend one arm overhead and the opposite arm to the side.
  3. Lift the knee on the side of the extended arm towards your chest while rotating your torso.
  4. Repeat the motion, alternating sides for a balanced workout.
