The Captain's Chair Leg Raise is a core-strengthening exercise that primarily targets the abdominal muscles. By raising the legs while suspended, it improves core stability and strength. The movement also engages the hip flexors, enhancing overall lower body control.

How to do it

  1. Grip the handles of the Captain's Chair with your forearms resting on the pads.
  2. Engage your core and slowly lift your knees towards your chest, keeping your back straight.
  3. Hold the position briefly at the top, squeezing the abdominal muscles.
  4. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position without swinging.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
