How to do it
- Grip the handles of the Captain's Chair with your forearms resting on the pads.
- Engage your core and slowly lift your knees towards your chest, keeping your back straight.
- Hold the position briefly at the top, squeezing the abdominal muscles.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position without swinging.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
