Sitting in Out Leg Raise on a Padded Stool

This exercise targets the core muscles by performing seated leg raises while balancing on a padded stool. It primarily engages the abdominal muscles and helps improve core strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the edge of a padded stool with your legs extended forward.
  2. Place your hands slightly behind your hips for support.
  3. Lift your knees toward your chest, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Lower your legs back to the starting position without touching the floor.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
