How to do it
- Sit on the edge of a padded stool with your legs extended forward.
- Place your hands slightly behind your hips for support.
- Lift your knees toward your chest, keeping your core engaged.
- Lower your legs back to the starting position without touching the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
