The Kettlebell Sit-Up Press combines a sit-up with a shoulder press, targeting the core and upper body for strength and coordination. This exercise is effective for developing core stability and arm strength.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with legs extended, holding a kettlebell close to your chest.
  2. Engage your core and perform a sit-up by lifting your torso off the ground.
  3. As you reach the upright position, press the kettlebell overhead.
  4. Lower the kettlebell back to your chest and return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
