The Kettlebell Sit-Up Press combines a sit-up with a shoulder press, targeting the core and upper body for strength and coordination. This exercise is effective for developing core stability and arm strength.
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with legs extended, holding a kettlebell close to your chest.
- Engage your core and perform a sit-up by lifting your torso off the ground.
- As you reach the upright position, press the kettlebell overhead.
- Lower the kettlebell back to your chest and return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
