Standing Elbow Clap is a mobility and flexibility exercise focusing on the shoulders and upper body. It helps improve shoulder mobility and coordination. The movement involves bringing the elbows together in front of the body, engaging multiple upper body muscles.
How to do it
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise your arms in front of you, bending your elbows at 90 degrees.
- Bring your elbows together in front of your chest while keeping your forearms vertical.
- Pause briefly, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
