The dumbbell incline fly on an exercise ball targets the chest muscles, specifically the upper section. It also engages the shoulders and stabilizes the core due to the instability of the ball. This exercise helps to develop the pectoral muscles and improve balance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on an exercise ball and walk forward until shoulders are supported, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold dumbbells in each hand, arms extended above chest, palms facing each other.
  3. Lower arms to the side in a wide arc, keeping a slight bend in elbows until you feel a stretch in the chest.
  4. Bring dumbbells back to the starting position using the chest muscles.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining stability on the ball.
