The Bodyweight Standing Alternate Chest Fly is an exercise targeting the chest muscles while also engaging core stability. It involves a flying motion using bodyweight to open and close the arms, simulating the chest fly traditionally done with weights.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front of you.
  2. Keep your core engaged and slowly open one arm to the side while keeping the other arm extended.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  4. Maintain a controlled motion throughout the exercise.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
