How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front of you.
- Keep your core engaged and slowly open one arm to the side while keeping the other arm extended.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Maintain a controlled motion throughout the exercise.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
