The cable bench press is an upper body exercise targeting the chest, using a cable machine for resistance. How to do it
- Lie flat on a bench positioned between two cable pulleys.
- Grip the cable handles with an overhand grip.
- Press the handles upward, extending your arms fully.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
