Band Alternate Low Chest Fly is a strength exercise focusing on the chest. It simulates a fly motion using resistance bands, targeting and enhancing the muscular development of the pectorals. The alternating motion adds a stability challenge, engaging the core.

How to do it

  1. Anchor the resistance band at a low point behind you.
  2. Stand with feet staggered, holding the band handles with arms extended downward.
  3. Keep elbows slightly bent and pull one arm across the body in an arc motion.
  4. Return to starting position and repeat with the opposite arm.
  5. Maintain a slight forward lean and stable core throughout.
