Band Alternate Low Chest Fly is a strength exercise focusing on the chest. It simulates a fly motion using resistance bands, targeting and enhancing the muscular development of the pectorals. The alternating motion adds a stability challenge, engaging the core.
How to do it
- Anchor the resistance band at a low point behind you.
- Stand with feet staggered, holding the band handles with arms extended downward.
- Keep elbows slightly bent and pull one arm across the body in an arc motion.
- Return to starting position and repeat with the opposite arm.
- Maintain a slight forward lean and stable core throughout.
