Bodyweight Standing Elbow Touches (Hands on Neck)

This exercise involves standing and touching elbows while keeping hands on the neck, targeting the chest muscles. It helps develop upper body strength without additional equipment.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place both hands on the back of your neck.
  3. Bring your elbows forward to meet in front of your chest.
  4. Squeeze the chest muscles progressively with each repetition.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat.
