This bodyweight exercise involves crossing the arms in front of the chest while pulling the shoulders back. It primarily focuses on enhancing flexibility and strength in the chest and shoulders, promoting upper body posture improvement.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
  3. Cross your arms in front of your chest, reaching as far as comfortable.
  4. Open your arms back out to the sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Repeat the movement for desired repetitions.
