How to do it
- Position a decline bench under the Smith Machine bar.
- Lie back on the bench with feet secured and grip bar slightly wider than shoulder-width.
- Lower the bar slowly to your lower chest, keeping elbows angled slightly below.
- Press the bar back up until arms are fully extended.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
