Kettlebell Floor Fly

The Kettlebell Floor Fly is an exercise targeting the chest muscles. It is performed lying on the floor with kettlebells, providing a wide range of motion and promoting muscle activation in the chest and shoulders.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with feet flat on the floor, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
- Extend your arms above your chest with a slight bend in the elbows.
- Lower the kettlebells out to the sides in an arc motion until your arms touch the floor.
- Squeeze your chest and bring the kettlebells back to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining controlled movement.
