The Kettlebell Floor Fly is an exercise targeting the chest muscles. It is performed lying on the floor with kettlebells, providing a wide range of motion and promoting muscle activation in the chest and shoulders.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with feet flat on the floor, holding a kettlebell in each hand.
  2. Extend your arms above your chest with a slight bend in the elbows.
  3. Lower the kettlebells out to the sides in an arc motion until your arms touch the floor.
  4. Squeeze your chest and bring the kettlebells back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining controlled movement.
