How to do it
- Start in a standard push-up position with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your chest towards the floor, keeping your body in a straight line.
- Explosively push up through your hands, lifting your body off the ground.
- Briefly take your hands off the floor, then land softly and repeat.
- Maintain core stability and control throughout the exercise.
