The Band Lying Reverse Grip Pressdown, also known as the Skull Crusher, targets the triceps while engaging core muscles for stability. This exercise helps build arm strength and enhances definition in the triceps by using a resistance band and an overhead attachment.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a secure overhead point.
  2. Lie on your back, gripping the band with a reverse grip.
  3. Keep elbows close to your body, press down, extending through the elbows.
  4. Squeeze triceps at the bottom, then return to the start position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining tension on the band throughout.
