How to do it
- Set the cable at a low height and attach a rope.
- Stand beside the cable machine and place one knee on the bench for support.
- Grab the rope with a neutral grip and bend forward slightly.
- Extend your arm fully back while keeping the elbow stationary.
- Return to the start position with control and repeat.
