The Cable Bent-Over Single Arm Neutral Grip Kickback with Rope works the triceps by extending the elbow while using a cable machine. This isolation exercise targets the back of the arm and helps improve arm strength and muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Set the cable at a low height and attach a rope.
  2. Stand beside the cable machine and place one knee on the bench for support.
  3. Grab the rope with a neutral grip and bend forward slightly.
  4. Extend your arm fully back while keeping the elbow stationary.
  5. Return to the start position with control and repeat.
