The Band Overhead Triceps Extension effectively targets the triceps brachii. This exercise is excellent for building upper arm strength and enhancing elbow stability. It provides a variable resistance through the motion, which can aid in muscle growth and endurance.

How to do it

  1. 1. Secure a resistance band at a low anchor point behind you.
  2. 2. Stand with one foot forward for stability, grabbing the band with both hands.
  3. 3. Extend your arms overhead, keeping elbows close to your head.
  4. 4. Slowly extend your arms fully, engaging your triceps.
  5. 5. Return to the starting position with control.
