The EZ Bar Decline Triceps Extension targets the triceps by extending the elbows while lying on a decline bench. This exercise helps build triceps strength and size while potentially reducing stress on the wrists compared to a straight bar.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a decline bench with your feet secured.
  2. Hold the EZ barbell with an overhand grip, arms extended above your chest.
  3. Lower the bar by bending your elbows, keeping upper arms stationary.
  4. Extend the elbows to return to the starting position, repeating for reps.
