The triceps dip floor exercise primarily targets the triceps while also engaging the shoulders and back. It strengthens the upper body and improves core stability. This bodyweight exercise can be performed anywhere with a flat surface, making it versatile and accessible.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place your hands behind you, fingers pointing towards your body.
  3. Lift your hips off the ground, keeping your arms straight.
  4. Bend your elbows to lower your body towards the floor.
  5. Press through your palms to return to the starting position.
