How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the rope attachment with both hands, palms facing each other.
- Position your elbows close to your body and bend them to 90 degrees.
- Push the rope down by extending your elbows until your arms are straight.
- Slowly return to the starting position with control.
