How to do it
- Attach a rope to the high pulley of a cable machine.
- Kneel in front of the machine, facing away, and grasp the rope with both hands.
- Extend your arms fully, keeping elbows close to your head and upper arms stationary.
- Slowly bend your elbows to bring your hands back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining control and focus on the triceps.
