The Cable Kneeling Triceps Extension is an isolation exercise targeting the triceps muscles. It involves using a cable machine to extend the elbows while kneeling, maximizing tension throughout the triceps. This exercise helps in building arm strength and definition.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to the high pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Kneel in front of the machine, facing away, and grasp the rope with both hands.
  3. Extend your arms fully, keeping elbows close to your head and upper arms stationary.
  4. Slowly bend your elbows to bring your hands back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining control and focus on the triceps.
