How to do it
- Adjust the bench to an incline position and attach a rope to the low pulley.
- Sit on the bench facing away from the machine, holding the rope with both hands.
- Extend your arms overhead, fully extending your elbows while keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Slowly lower the rope behind your head by bending your elbows.
- Extend back to the starting position, focusing on using your triceps throughout.
