The Dumbbell Seated Kickback is an exercise targeting the triceps. It helps in developing the upper arm by isolating the triceps muscles during the movement. This exercise requires balance and control, engaging stabilizing muscles for optimal performance.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Lean forward slightly, keeping your back straight and elbows close to your body.
  3. Extend your arms backward, squeezing your triceps at full extension.
  4. Lower the weights back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
