How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, slightly bending the knees for stability.
- Grasp the ends of the battle ropes firmly with both hands, palms facing each other.
- Alternately move your arms up and down vigorously to create waves in the ropes.
- Maintain a strong core and stable stance throughout the motion.
- Perform for a set duration or number of waves, ensuring consistent breathing.
