Ring Dips are an advanced bodyweight exercise performed using gymnastics rings. They primarily target the chest, shoulders, and triceps. The instability of the rings requires greater muscle engagement for stabilization, making this a challenging upper body strength exercise.

How to do it

  1. Grasp the Gymnastics Rings and lift your body to the starting position with arms straight.
  2. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your body.
  3. Push back up to the starting position by extending your arms fully.
